The Dining Room villa alijah cancun
The Dining Room

This is where the real magic happens. Fifteen people. One table. Tacos from downtown, ceviche someone brought back from the beach, or a full spread from a private chef. The dining room at Villa Alijah wasn't designed for quick meals — it was built for long dinners and longer conversations.

The Chef's Kitchen villa alijah cancun
The Chef's Kitchen

Big fridge. Full stove. Counter space for the one who cooks and the three who "help" by watching. Whether you're making breakfast for 15 or just reheating last night's tacos at 2 AM, this kitchen was built for real use — not just show.

The Front Room villa alijah cancun
The Front Room

Not every moment needs to be poolside. The front room faces the avenue — a quieter corner for a phone call, a card game, or the one person who needs 20 minutes away from the chaos. Low-key. Unplugged. Sometimes that's exactly what you need.

The Villa Bar villa alijah cancun
The Villa Bar

Every great trip has a headquarters. This is yours. The villa bar sits right next to the main lounge — close enough to make drinks, far enough to feel like a real bartender. Stock it yourself or let the concierge handle it. Either way, nobody's paying resort prices.

The Terrace villa alijah cancun
The Terrace

This is where birthdays get celebrated. Where someone says "one more song" at midnight. Where the group eats together without walls, without A/C, without caring what time it is. Just the pool behind you, music in the air, and nowhere else to be.

The back of the villa and the pool seen from the lawn, with the palapa on the right
Your Pool

No wristbands. No saving chairs at 6 AM. No strangers. This pool is yours — all of it. The palapa in the corner, the lawn for laying out. Fifteen people. Zero competition for space.

The Lawn villa alijah cancun
The Lawn

Kids running around. Adults pretending to supervise. A patch of green big enough for everyone to spread out without being on top of each other. The lawn at Villa Alijah isn't decoration — it's where half the vacation actually happens.

Private Parking villa alijah cancun
Gated Parking

Six cars. One gated lot. No circling the block, no paying for parking, no wondering if your rental is safe. Pull in, close the gate, forget about it. Your car stays where you can see it — or better yet, where you don't have to think about it at all.

A 5 bedroom villa rental in Cancún, room by room

This is a 5 bedroom villa rental in Cancún where every bedroom is really a bedroom. Fifteen people sleep in real beds and nobody ends up on a sofa.

After eight years I can tell you how groups split up in here. The couples take the master with its jacuzzi; the two rooms with a queen and a single bed go to the kids, or to whoever arrives last.

Two things people ask before they arrive. The air conditioning works in the whole house, and the smart TVs are in the bedrooms, not only in the living rooms.

The bedrooms are half the story. What the house comes with is the other half, and the FAQ covers the practical part: parking, groups, house rules. If fifteen of you are travelling together, the whole estate is laid out on one page.

  • Master suite: king bed, in-room jacuzzi and a balcony over the pool.
  • Sunrise Room and Shared Suite: a queen plus a single bed in each.
  • The Quiet Room: a queen plus a sofa bed.
  • The Flex Room: king bed, smart TV and a view of the pool.
  • Two living rooms, the dining room and the chef-ready kitchen.
"La casa es enorme, éramos un grupo de 15 y todos estuvimos comodísimos. Cada habitación tiene su encanto. La atención fue de primera."
Sarah M.

What it costs: the whole villa starts at $4,500 MXN per night and goes up to $8,000 MXN depending on the dates — the five suites, the private pool and the house to yourselves, for up to 15 guests. Split 15 ways at the starting rate, that works out around $300 MXN per person per night. The exact rate for your dates is on the booking page.
