The Cancún villa amenities you will actually use

These are the Cancún villa amenities guests bother to mention in writing, not the ones that pad a listing. The pool with its palapa, the mesh WiFi and the kitchen come up in almost every review.

Two clarifications I would rather make before you book than after. The kitchen is chef-ready and we can point you to local chefs, but the villa does not provide the chef and does not provide service staff. And renting the house for an event is possible, always subject to asking us first and getting it confirmed.

If you want to see where each of these lives, the room-by-room tour is the shortest way. What guests wrote about the house is the honest version, and the FAQ has the rest.

  • Private pool with a palapa, and a garden that keeps it out of sight from the street.
  • High-speed mesh WiFi across the whole house, terrace included.
  • Chef-ready kitchen, a wellness and yoga area, and a dedicated workspace.
  • Local concierge guide, gated parking, and rooms set up for families with children.
  • Smart entertainment in the bedrooms and air conditioning throughout.
"La cocina está equipadísima, contratamos un chef privado y tuvo todo lo necesario. Las cenas en el comedor exterior fueron mágicas."
Elena R.

What it costs: the whole villa starts at $4,500 MXN per night and goes up to $8,000 MXN depending on the dates — the five suites, the private pool and the house to yourselves, for up to 15 guests. Split 15 ways at the starting rate, that works out around $300 MXN per person per night. The exact rate for your dates is on the booking page.

Eight years of hosting is mostly this: noticing the small things and fixing them before the next group has to. Nothing on this list was bought for the photo shoot; all of it is here because a guest asked for it once and it stayed.
